Billing Specialist
Denver Intermodal Express is looking for an organized, energetic, and highly motivated Billing Specialist.  This position will be performing the billing and assisting with collections on a group of designated customers and accounts.  Our team members care for customers by solving and proactively preventing problems and issues through quality data entry, effective communication and improving the processes. 

Responsibilities
  • Research of all charges to ensure accurate billing.
  • Work with both internal and external customers to solve any billing questions
  • Billing of dedicated accounts
  • Assist with collections of unpaid invoices
  • Prioritize and efficiently monitor workload to ensure detailed billing and documentation is accomplished
  • Assist with other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task with extreme attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, organized, responsible, and a team player.
  • Will be working in an environment where information and data is ever changing and will need to be able to adapt quickly with it
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Quick Books preferred but not required
  • Willingness to learn new things.

Dock Worker / Forklift Operator


We are currently looking for a Dock Worker to join our Family Culture. Our Dock Workers successfully load and unload freight throughout the shift using a forklift or manually in a safe, efficient manner. Will perform work associated with warehousing, material handling, and other related duties as assigned. Dock Workers are critical members of our Family; they help to accurately deliver our customer’s freight and help keep our promises.

Responsibilities for Warehouse Worker
  • Load and unload freight on trailers using a motorized forklift, pallet jack or manually.
  •  Transport self and/or freight continuously throughout the warehouse in a forklift and or pallet jack 
  •  Read and interpret shipping labels, shipping orders, manifests, freight bills.
  •  Hand load, rewrap or stack freight as necessary.
  • Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies (e.g. pallets, straps, rope).
  • Reliably retrieve items from within the warehouse to be processed and shipped
Qualifications for Warehouse Worker
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as many warehouse items are cumbersome and heavy
  • Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining and organized warehouse

POSITION SUMMARY
We are currently seeking to hire a CDL-A Truck Driver to join our team. He or she must have knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier DOT regulations, be able to complete all paperwork including tickets, vehicle inspection reports, and driver’s daily logs. This position has the potential for driving in harsh climates.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Safely operate the truck to haul loads from various locations.
  • Assure that paperwork such as timesheets, and records of loads hauled/transferred are completed accurately and forwarded to supervisor daily.
  • All drivers are required to follow all FMCSA Regulations
  • Dedicated and dependable work ethic
  • Main entail other duties as required by supervisor
  • Minimum Required Qualifications
  • Class “A" Commercial Driver’s License.
  • 3 years of Class “A” driving experience preferred.
  • Must have an acceptable MVR based on our company insurance carrier standards.
